		series consists of weekly daytime (Lunch and Learn) or monthly evening 
		(Covered Dish Dinner) presentations occurring onsite at The Wetlands 
		Institute. Throughout the series, guest presenters from around the state 
		share presentations and/or programs on a variety of scientific and

		Every year, hundreds of children and their families attend this festive 
		celebration in Sea Isle City that allows kids to ring-in the New Year 
		and still get to bed at a reasonable hour. Reservations are required 
		(limited space availability) and children must be accompanied by an 
		adult. Dinner and dessert will be provided and families are asked to 
		bring their own non-alcoholic beverages. The evening will "end with a 
		bang" at the JFK Boulevard Beach at 8pm with a Fireworks display.

		Ultraviolet Induced Visible Fluorescence, or UVIVF is a fairly recent 
		discovery and still a relatively understudied natural phenomenon that 
		causes certain creatures to glow under UV light exposure. This 
		presentation will cover introductory information, what causes it, how it 
		is of interest to us, and finally, display local salt marsh animals that

		The Borough of Avalon is receiving a $177,000 grant from the New Jersey 
		Department of Transportation. The grant will be used for the Borough's

		asks that people bring toys and fill the motor home with them...all

		The American Legion Post 331 and Sons of American Legion Squadron 331, 
		Stone Harbor, will honor local World War II and Korean War veterans with 
		a free luncheon at its annual Pearl Harbor Day event, Saturday, December 
		14, 2019, 1 - 3 p.m. at the Stephen C. Ludlam Post 331 headquarters, 
		11617 2nd Avenue. Post 331 will also present its annual Home for the 
		Holidays travel package awards to selected Coast Guard members stationed

		In the grand tradition of coming home for Christmas, The Museum of Cape 
		May County will once again celebrate the holiday season by opening its 
		doors for a holiday open house. Attendees are encouraged to bring their 
		kids by noon -- that's when Santa will make his annual appearance to 
		visit with children and share holiday sweets. Visitors will also be able 
		to take a leisurely stroll throughout the house and enjoy magnificently 
		decorated rooms as well as the museum's beautiful campus - including a 
		visit to the 1780 Smith Barn that houses Cape May County's crown jewel: 
		the 1859 original first-order lighthouse lens that sat atop the Cape May
